😍👩‍🍳 HEALTHY WHEAT CAKE 🤤🍰


In most bakeries cakes are made of ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (MAIDA),it's not healthy at all, at some occasions its perfectly good to have it, but do we ever think how can we make it more healthy ?....so I'm here to tell you a very tasty and healthy receipe of cake made of WHEAT and  JAGGERY.... especially for children . Let's take a healthy turn towards our tastes. No one can recognise that wheat cake tastes different From the other normal cakes so its perfectly alright to go with wheat cake options and take care of your health.

INGREDIENTS:

 Chopped almonds --2tsp
 Golden raisins --1tsp
 Black raisins --1tsp
Chopped Dates  --2
Wheat flour --1/2 tsp


Oil --1/2cup
Jaggery --1/2cup
Curd --1/4cup
Wheat flour -- 1cup
Baking powder --1tsp
Baking soda --1/2tsp
Salt --1/4tsp
Cinnamon powder --1/4tsp 
Milk --1/2cup



PREPARATION:

Take a cake mould or any pan in which you are gonna bake cake grease it with oil and butter paper. Keep it aside.

Take a bowl add  Chopped almonds --2tsp,
 Golden raisins --1tsp ,Black raisins --1tsp,
Chopped Dates  --2 and add wheat flour 1/2 tsp , mix it well . (  Adding wheat flour ,it  prevents cake from breaking)

Now take big bowl and add Oil --1/2cup,
Jaggery --1/2cup ,Curd --1/4cup ,mix it well.

Now add Baking powder --1tsp, Baking soda --1/2tsp ,Salt --1/4tsp ,Cinnamon powder --1/4tsp  in the mixture. Mix it well.

Now add the dryfruits which we mixed in flour in the batter. Mix it well.

Now add our main ingredient 1 cup wheat flour to the batter. Mix it well by using cut & fold method.

Now add 1/2 cup milk in the batter as per need till we get a perfect batter.

Now pour the batter in the grease mould or pan.



BAKING:

Take a big pan or kadhai  cover and preheat it for 10 mins At high flame .

After 10 mins put the baking pan inside the big pan . Cover it with glass lid.

Let the cake bake at low-medium flame for 30_40 mins .

Check the cake after 30_40 mins with knife or pin.

Let it cool. Demold it and decorate as you want.

👩‍🍳 BAKER IN HOUSE 🍰

Hello everyone! 
   " CAKE"? This small word  turns to be a very 'HAPPY' feeling wala reaction to everyone of us. In every Happy occasion we cut cakes whether its an anniversary or b'day or wedding etc..etc...in short happiness comes in mind as soon as you hear this word "CAKE". I'm here to help you out in more effective way to make cakes at your home by yourself 😍 and being called as the "BAKER IN HOUSE".

Vanilla sponge cake:
   A very basic cake at home without oven in very few ingredients as follows:
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/2tsp of baking powder
  • 1/3tsp of baking soda
  • 1tsp of vanilla essence
  • 3_4tsp of oil
  • 3/4cup condensed milk OR 2eggs
  • 1/2cup milk OR water as per need
  • 2_3tsp butter.
PREPARATION:

  • First of all take a pan in Which you gonna bake your cake put 2tsp butter in it , spread it all over the pan and than add small amount of all purpose flour and spread it evenly.
  • Now take a bowl add 3/4cup of condensed milk OR 2 eggs, add 3_4tsp of oil in it, mix it well till the oil fully mixes with the condensed milk OR eggs.
  • Now add 1/2tsp of baking powder and 1/3tsp of baking soda to the mixture, mix it well.
  • Now add 1tsp of vanilla essence,mix it well.
  • Now its time for the main ingredient to go in the mixture add 1 cup of all purpose flour in the bowl, mix it well without leaving lumps in the batter.
  • Now add small amount of water OR milk in it as per need. Mix it well.
  • Now pour the batter in the pan which we greased with butter and all purpose flour.
  • Tap the pan on floor carefully till the batter spread evenly in the pan. Keep it aside.
  • Now on take another big pan with hard bottom and keep it on high flame on for 10 mins , with keeping a lid on it .(preheating process)
  • Now after 10 mins keep the baking pan inside the big pan and cover it with glass lid at medium flame for 40_50 mins
  • After 40_50 mins check the cake with knife or small niddle.
  • Let it cool and decorate as you want .

SOME IMPORTANT TIPS:

  1. Mix Butter into Flour. Mixing butter into the flour before adding any kind of wet ingredients will reduce the chances of gluten formation in it.
  2. Do Not Over Bake.
  3. Measure the Ingredients CarefullY.
  4. AVOID OVERMIXING.
